Coverage Built Around How Texas Metros Actually Drive

Dallas–Fort Worth and Greater Houston are two of the largest metro areas in the country, with more than 15 million residents between them. Drive time decides how fast a homeowner gets seen, so we plan coverage by freeway corridor, not by a radius on a map.

How We Route Work Orders

A technician who crosses a metro for one call loses half a day in traffic. Grouping work by corridor keeps more visits on schedule and makes return trips for parts quicker.

01

ZIP to corridor

Each incoming work order's ZIP code is matched to one of our route corridors and to the technician who covers it.

02

Core zone: daily

Cities inside the inner ring have the most claims and are dispatched every business day.

03

Outer zone: route days

Outer suburbs are grouped onto scheduled route days, so a long drive serves several homes instead of one.

04

Return visits on route

When parts arrive, the return visit is booked on the next route day for that corridor, and the work order is updated with the date.
