Terms of Service
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These terms apply to your use of edgehometx.com and to appliance services requested from Edge Home Services LLC ("Edge Home Services", "we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company.
Our services
We provide diagnostic and repair services for residential appliances in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Greater Houston areas of Texas. Service availability depends on your ZIP code, technician availability and parts availability.
Warranty work orders
When we are dispatched by a home warranty company or other client, the scope of work, what is covered, any service fee and payment terms are set by your agreement with that company. We perform only the work it authorizes. Coverage decisions are made by the warranty company, not by Edge Home Services.
Direct service requests
For service you request directly, we will explain the diagnostic fee and the repair estimate before starting work. Repairs begin only after you approve the estimate. Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Access and safety
You agree to give our technician safe access to the appliance and to have an adult (18 or older) present during the visit. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if the job requires a separately licensed trade, such as HVAC, gas piping, electrical or plumbing work.
Parts
Parts may be new OEM or equivalent quality. Some repairs need a second visit once parts arrive. Parts warranties are provided by their manufacturers.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Edge Home Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, failures of parts we did not install, or indirect or consequential losses such as food spoilage or loss of use. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Website use
The content on this website is for general information about our services. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false information through its forms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
